Hinnat
Tapahtumamaksu ja kaikki ateriat (iltapala, 2 aamiaista, lounas, pidot) maksavat jäsenelle: 35 euroa. Tapahtumamaksu ja kaikki ateriat ei-jäsenelle: 40 euroa. Lapsialennukset: 0-5-vuotiaat 0 euroa, 6-11-vuotiaat puoleen hintaan (17/20 euroa), 12 vuotta täyttäneet maksavat täyden hinnan. Kaikki alaikäiset pääsevät jäsenhinnalla, jos huoltaja on jäsen.
Maksaminen
Maksut Keskiaikaseura Hukka ry.n tilille 102530- 209943. Laita viestikenttään, että kuka maksaa ja mistä maksaa.
Myöhästymismaksu
5 euroa. Viimeinen maksu- ja varauspäivä on 15.10. Ulkomailla asuvat saavat maksaa ovella ilman lisämaksua, kunhan ovat tehneet varauksen viimeistään 15.10.
Peruutusehdot
15.10. mennessä peruuttavat saavat takaisin koko maksun. Tämän jälkeen peruuttaville ei valitettavasti enää voida palauttaa mitään. Jos jättää ilmoittautumisensa peruuttamatta sekä maksamatta sekä saapumatta tapahtumaan, laskutetaan tapahtumamaksu myöhästymismaksuineen jälkikäteen ja siihen lisätään 3 euroa käsittelykuluja.
Kuljetukset
Tarvittaessa noutoja voidaan järjestää pientä korvausta (5 euroa / suunta) vastaan Rajamäeltä ja Hyvinkäältä.

Payments
Cost
The event costs EUR 35 for member including the snack on Friday, two breakfasts, light lunch and feast on Saturday. The event cost for non-member is 40 with all meals. Children under 6 years can come for free; 6 to 11 years olds pay half price (17/20 euros) and 12 years or older pay full price. All minors get the SCA-member’s price I f the parent is a member.
Refunds: If you cancel by Oct 15, you get your money back. After that we unfortunately cannot return your money. If you have a reservation and neither cancel, pay nor come to event, we will charge you all costs according to your reservation at the regular prices, including late fee (5 EUR) and a handling fee of 3 EUR.
Each pick-up/drop-off costs 5 EUR per person (i.e. 10 EUR return) and need to be booked at least a month before the event.
Residents of Finland
To avoid the late fee, you have to pay your event at latest on October 15th onto Hukka ry account, Nordea 102530- 209943. Please, put to the message box information who is paying and what.
After that, there is a 5 euro late fee for all reservations. Contact the event steward if you need specific directions or if you have any questions.
Guests from abroad
We hope guests from abroad would do an electronic transfer, but cash payments in euros are accepted at the door without a late fee as long as the reservation is made before the October 15th.
